More about me
Ancient wisdom has always impressed me and inspired me. I have long been interested in the natural world, health & life’s mysteries, which is why I studied psychology and philosophy to discover the world from within myself. It was actually the practice of dealing with life struggles that made me realize that one is fully able to transform everything.
I tend to see myself as a writer, not as an author. I don’t own anything. Everything is already created, thought and written by others, with different words. Some ideas can be actually lost but are lost until someone else re-write them with new words by the collective unconscious.
I tend to see myself as an organizer of the inner disorder, not as a helper or therapist. Even though I myself am graduated as a psychotherapist, it took me many years to understand I cannot help anyone.
Because the power to change and grow, does not come from another person, it comes directly from withing yourself. Another person cannot make you to be more mindful, or force you to become better. Its like trying to open a flower bud with your fingers, you will break it. Each flower has their own timing to blossom, helping them to open faster simply does not work.
So here you can find guidance and a clear direction to where you can take the next step, but ultimately the possibility of making something better out of it, it is entirely up to you, and your own patience, timing, trust and courage.
About my life
I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My heritage is half Italian and another half that is hard to describe after a century of European migration to the country. My early years were full of books, Italian food and music coming from my father’s piano. I began studying music at the age of 7. And by the age of 10 I also started taking art lessons. When I finished high school with an artistic orientation, continued the University to be an Orchestral Conductor. But after 2 years, something told me that my path was not there. In the mean time I continued painting and started working as an analyst for an IT company. I felt I had an analytical mind to easily do it. I worked for a decade in IT companies where I gained experience in areas such as system analysis, law and sales. While I graduated in Counselling Psychotherapy, I continued studying Philosophy and other trainings and courses I did year after year. The competitive environment of multinational companies, relationships going wrong, plus social agitation and the economic crisis in Argentina, were the perfect scenarios to put in practice all my studies and trainings.
10 years ago I created my first workshop to use mandalas as a tool for self-knowledge and inner exploration. Since that time I have run workshops, events and training programs across different countries with hundreds of students.
Now I live in Barcelona, Spain and I work mainly with online sessions.
Curiosities about me
- I’m a dog fan. Dogs are eternal providers of joyful moments.
- Music is still one of my deepest weaknesses. Whenever I can I sing or play some instrument.
- I always look much younger than my physical age. And I believe counting years is completely pointless if you want to live longer.
- I never cook the same food. Even if I have the same ingredients. I’m possessed by a creative approach in the kitchen and my mind became a cookbook testing archive.
- My body needs to move very often. I practiced sports since I was a child and I love trying new workouts every year.
